QUALITY & TESTING PROCEDURES FOR VE-LOCK®BRAND MAKE PRODUCTS
VE-LOCK® PRODUCT MANUFACTURING PROCESS

  • VE-LOCK®has established Process system as per ISO 9001 : 2008 certification which prooves that , there will be no Loop / breaking of Process systems which result in to trouble free products for its End applications.
  • At every stage of Each Product manufacturing Process between all the concerned departments , VE-LOCK®has all Wrtitten records for each P.O. that we recd. from our Buyers.

    AT DESIGN / CAD DRAWINGS STAGE
  • VE-LOCK® has well established Design & CAD Drawings department with Two Mechanical Engineers who are very much expereicened in Design & CAD drawings for Hydraulic SAE Flanges & High Pressure valves as per DIN / ISO / SAE standards worldwide.

  • VE-LOCK® has got Referance Standard of SAE / DIN / ISO - as attached For manufacturing & Testing After preparation of CAD drawings ,Our Production Deaprtment gives order of Raw materials for each sizes.
  • INSPECTION AT RAW MATERIALS STAGE
    VE-LOCK®has Procedures to carry out Inspection & testing of Order Each Steel / Stainless Steel Raw materials as below :-
    1) Chemical test report from Indian Govt. Approved laboratory
    2) Mechanical Properties Check only ( upon request from Buyers)
    3) Visual checks of Hex / Round / Solid bar for No dent marks on surface
    4) Proper Sizes that we have order for VE-LOCK®Products
    5) Marking of indentification for each Grade before it placed on racks
    6) UV test for checking of Cracks in Solid bar stock
    VISUAL INSPECTION CRITERIA : 100 % CHECKS ON MACHINE
  • To Check How much Qty. to produce
  • No dent marks on Top Surface
  • No tool marks on Top Surface
  • NO chattering in Threads
  • 45 Degree Chamfer Should be there in hole
  • No Tool Markes in 24 Degree Cone surface
  • Hole should not be Off -Centered
  • No burr should be inside hole ID
  • Threads should not be Damage / Broken
  • To check with Guages - GO / No GO
  • DIAMENSIONAL INSPECTION CRITERIA   100 % CHECKS ON MACHINE
  • Each VE-LOCK®make Products has been Check as per CAD Drawings diamensions by our QC Incharge which gives Proof of No rejection during online Production & which Assure our Buyer that VE-LOCK®can able to supply the correct products as per Due date given in P.O.
  • GAUGE CHECKS & ASSEMBLY /DISASSEMBLY      100 % CHECKS ON MACHINE
  • Each VE-LOCK® make products then allows to check with respective Assembly parts or with thread Gauges / Hole gauges / thickness gauges / degree Gauges to Proove that when it will be use in Piping connection or in with assembly then it will not fail or Gets leakage.
  • SURFACE FINISH OF VE-LOCK®MAKE PRODUCTS    100 % CHECKS ON MACHINE
  • All VE-LOCK® make Steel Products are placed to Trivalent Zinc Plating ( Chrome VI Free ) after it is full finished on each machines Our Plating Units are well Equipped with Measuring Instrument Gauges which ensures the deposition of Plating on steel surface with up to 10 microns as Specified in DIN 2353 - ISO 8434 standards.

  • Our Plating Supervisors are Well expereinced with All Chemicals & Plating Procedures which allow VE-LOCK®make Products to use as per DIN 2353 Standards in the Piping systems with out any rejection.
  • VE-LOCK®has facilities for various types of Plating / Hardening / Buffing for each VE-LOCK®brand make Products
    1) Yellow Chromatised
    2) Black Phosphatised
    3) Trivalent Blue Zinc ( Chrome VI Free )
    4) Trivalent Yellow ( Chrome VI Free)
    5) Chrome Plating
    6) Silves Plating on Nut Internal threads
    7) Nickle Chrome Plating
    8) Mat Buffed finish
    9) Mirror Finish
    10) Cutting Ring / Ferrule Ring / Progressive Ring Hardened for Proper Grip
    FINAL INSPECTION CHECKS DURING ASSEMBLY & PACKING OF VE-LOCK®MAKE PRODUCTS
  • After Receiving of Each items from Plating Department , VE-LOCK®has Semi Auto Assembly Unit for Each Products which Allow our Workers to assemble all Parts as per Our Daily Assembly Report as per Buyers P.O. & due date.

  • Our Workers are Well trained by our Production & QC Inspectors for each products technically & with respect to assembly of each parts so that if any faulty parts comes in to assembly then it will be Rejected inhouse before it reaches to our Buyers end.

  • All though VE-LOCK®has fully established Quality & testing checks , sometimes it may happened due to Human Error , Some parts got Failed at our Buyers end may be 0.1 % also then VE-LOCK®has given its 100 % responsibility to replace on Free on Cost .

  • In Addition to it ,VE-LOCK®Make Products gives our Buyer Confidance & Assurance for Next 12 months time with VE-LOCK®12 months Warrentee Certificates & Our Buyer get 100 % Satisfaction on Quality / timely delivery / Prices & VE-LOCK®relationship for 12 months time.
